At RANBA Castings, the cycle of quality starts right from the Pattern Shop. It has accurate instruments to measure and check the dimensions of the patterns. STATE-OF-THE -ART FURNACES: The melting and fettling sections are quite expansive and fitted to process large quantities.

The furnaces that are in use here cover the gamut of every possible technological point. we have: - ABB make, 1.4 ton, 750 KW medium frequency induction furnace and Inductotherm make 2.0 Tons, 1500 KW medium frequency induction furnace and  Oil-fired Rotary Furnace. The castings goes through a demanding process and finally emerge with an enviable finish. This is possible at RANBA, due to our sophisticated Shot Blasting Machine, Fettling, Inspection and Painting facilities. Grey Iron is made at RANBA with weights ranging from 40 Kgs to 1 ton per piece.
