" THE NO BAKE ADVANTAGE " todays castings require ever - increasing type quantity and versatility. That is why we offer you a a big plus of the "No Bake" process. HOW IT WORKS? This is a chemically bonded sand moulding process, that is ideally suited for a variety of castings that are to be produced.  The conventional system or the Heavy Moulding System (HMS) is capable of producing 8 to 10 moulds per hour with a box size that can be varied to the customer's requirement. The above system come with continuos mixer, mould stripper, mould closing machine and monorail metal pouring system.
